Due to the nature of beauty products and for sanitation purposes, all lash cluster sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or worn products.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at delarosalashesandbeauty@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue. Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
